No video today guys! I recorded an intro and the never filmed any of the training, was running late to work, etc. so I just decided hey I think I’ll type this one up for today! Today was one of those rare days when I actually had a chance to lift in the morning compared to late at night so I had no qualms about throwing down a full scoop of PreCreXS and mixed it in with 1 scoop of AminoFLOW. I finally found the perfect dosing for me! One scoop of PreCreXS and one scoop of AminoFlow mixed in 16oz. of water the the BEST of both worlds as far as flavor was concerned. It wasn’t too tart or too sweet and neither flavor was battling to come out on top. In fact the mix of Cherry Limeade & Watermelon was a very satisfying combo! Threw that bad boy down and got to work and two things became readily apparent:
1) HOLY THERMOGENESIS – the reason I was running late to work was because I had to go home real quick and hop in the shower. I was completely soaked. You could have rung out my shirt and provided the Sahara desert with enough moisture for a decade. As soon as I got into my main squat sets the thermo kicked in and stayed with me all the way through to the DB romanians. Absolutely nuts.
2) Partially related to #1, but my endurance is garbage! I found myself sucking wind often in between sets but thanks to the added recovery aspect from AminoFLOW I was able to push myself faster and further and get more volume in under time that I think I typically would.
Energy levels were off the charts. I usually drink a Rockstar on the way into work but I skipped it this morning and now I’m getting ready to eat lunch and I still haven’t had any extra caffeine! No crash. No plunge from the energy levels. Really enjoying this. It also enhances my mood slightly as well… feeling pretty damn good today!
