Some narrative action stuff for Day 18 & 19:

Day 18 was a complete waste of a good dose of PreCreXS. I have NEVER had an issue with waiting for a squat rack at my gym (LA, or as we call it, La Fitness) but tonight was a different scenario. I’m not sure if its because all the college kiddies are back and they need to impress the opposite sex while pounding shots but I had to wait about 30 minutes for a freakin’ rack only to realize that I didn’t have enough time to actually complete a whole workout. So I just left. All I did was dynamic stretching and unloaded barbell complexes – but even that generated a huge amount of heat and sweat. And while I sat on a bench waiting for a rack to open up I could feel PreCreXS doing its thing and its was very noticeable because I wasn’t even lifting. I had tons of energy and nowhere to put it: bouncing my knees constantly while sitting, mind racing, cold sweats, goosebumps, the works… I had to go home and counter PreCreXS with some tequila so I could calm myself down lol…

DAY 19 was a little better but still not up to par because of a cold my daughter gave me. Since about Sunday night I’ve felt a little under the weather but it was nothing that Dayquil/Nyquil couldn’t handle. But last night was awful. Had a hard time breathing, constantly coughing/sneezing/blowing my nose with a bunch of dark yellow nasty mucus. But hey lets go squat heavy for reps anyway, right? RIGHT!

FAIL. Program called for 330×8-10 reps in ONE set and I was only about to get 4 before the bar started rolling because of no knurling in the center and my dumb ass forgetting to put chalk on my back. Chalked up, decided to get under the bar again and crank out 6 more reps but I was only able to get 3 before my body said I had had enough. Super disappointing. Nothing like feeling like **** when you already feel like ****

Went and did 3 sets of 8 paused sumo deadlifts with 315 and called it a horrible terribly no gains night.

NARRATIVE
No video today guys! I recorded an intro and the never filmed any of the training, was running late to work, etc. so I just decided hey I think I’ll type this one up for today! Today was one of those rare days when I actually had a chance to lift in the morning compared to late at night so I had no qualms about throwing down a full scoop of PreCreXS and mixed it in with 1 scoop of AminoFLOW. I finally found the perfect dosing for me! One scoop of PreCreXS and one scoop of AminoFlow mixed in 16oz. of water the the BEST of both worlds as far as flavor was concerned. It wasn’t too tart or too sweet and neither flavor was battling to come out on top. In fact the mix of Cherry Limeade & Watermelon was a very satisfying combo! Threw that bad boy down and got to work and two things became readily apparent:

1) HOLY THERMOGENESIS – the reason I was running late to work was because I had to go home real quick and hop in the shower. I was completely soaked. You could have rung out my shirt and provided the Sahara desert with enough moisture for a decade. As soon as I got into my main squat sets the thermo kicked in and stayed with me all the way through to the DB romanians. Absolutely nuts.

2) Partially related to #1, but my endurance is garbage! I found myself sucking wind often in between sets but thanks to the added recovery aspect from AminoFLOW I was able to push myself faster and further and get more volume in under time that I think I typically would.

Energy levels were off the charts. I usually drink a Rockstar on the way into work but I skipped it this morning and now I’m getting ready to eat lunch and I still haven’t had any extra caffeine! No crash. No plunge from the energy levels. Really enjoying this. It also enhances my mood slightly as well… feeling pretty damn good today!
