LECHEEK RIPPED COCKTAIL FINAL REVIEW

Note: The stresses of work and scheduling time to be by myself at the house in order to film my final review kept getting pushed back further and further and instead of making you guys (and gals) wait in the dark I decided to just take a look at my notes and write it out here instead. I WILL get around to doing a video but I was tired of making you guys wait. My apologies. Coz that ain’t mah style yo!

THE GOOD

Let’s start off with what everyone wants to know right off the bat: is this fat burner legit? The too-long-didn’t-read answer: YES. The well thought out answer: Although Ripped Cocktail does show promise in the realm of fat burning supplements, it is this loggers opinion that Ripped Cocktail would best be used in combination with other fat burners that target different pathways other than RC, or ones that further enhance upon what RC is good at. Lecheek already offers up this idea on their own website, saying that it would stack perfectly well with their thyroid product Hyper-T2. This is to not knock on RC in any way (read: NOT KNOCK) because it certainly helped me out throughout my 3 week stint of running it.

STARTING WEIGHT: 254lbs (this may not have been my weight at the beginning but it was the highest I saw during my run)
ENDING WEIGHT: 246lbs (-8lbs)

I will blame some of this weight loss due to water weight (its a given… it just happens). However I do NOT attribute any of this weight loss due to muscle loss… I actually got STRONGER during my run with Ripped Cocktail. I set multiple PRs through ALL lifts (overhead press, bench press, deadlift, squat) while my bodyweight decreased. I started to see my abs start to return in the mirror and my body started to show its former (leaner) self. I noticed the striations return on my shoulders/delts and a separation line appear between my underarm and pectoral muscle (which looks awesome during a lat spread).

Ripped Cocktail kicked in for me more so on the second week. The Beta Alanine tingles were always there, but the thermogenesis bumped itself up noticeably in the second week. Hunger cravings went down (feeding window from 1-9PM) during the breakfast hours after I tossed back 2 scoops upon waking up and subsequently another scoop before lunch. This also maintained my energy and alertness levels while at work and didn’t have grabbing a Diet Mt. Dew for the drive to work or splashing some Mio Energy in my water midway through the morning.

THE BAD

Marms only sent me one bottle.

THE TRUTH:

This product works, and works well. But I think the implications it could have on fat loss could be further extended if combined with other fat loss supplements. Taken that into consideration, an 8lbs fat loss from me during 5/3/1, HIIT 3-4x a week, LeanGains protocol, and a solid diet… its not necessarily a requirement to stack it. Which also leads me to solve the riddle that everyone has been wondering… how does Ripped Cocktail compare to Alphamine? Honestly… they are two different animals that each have the same goals. The real question would be… how well does the synergy work between combining Alphamine WITH Ripped Cocktail ?!?

And that was all I had time for today. Had just finished working a 12 hour ER shift and my wife wanted me home so we could eat and try to get into bed before 11PM… and now I’m at work again! Ripped Cocktail is almost gone… probably 1-2 days worth left (I think I dosed it 4 times once during my vacation lol)

I’m going to try and keep this short and sweet because usually my narratives can get a little drawn out and people end up having to refer to my TL;DR conclusion at the end! First off, some of you may be wondering why my log went from Day 3 to Day 10 and I had no updates in between. I recently celebrated my one year anniversary with my wife and didn’t have much time to update. HOWEVER, I did have time to continue taking Ripped Cocktail throughout my vacation (and snapped some shots of it traveling with me )!

I’ve kept the dosage the same on all days. Depending on when I wake up, I’ll take two scoops leveled off at the top of drop it into about 8-12oz. of water. Like most supplements if you want a tasty beverage use less water! I think 8-12oz is the sweet spot (with 2 scoops) and works well for me. The flavor is delicious and so is the smell. It goes back easy and doesn’t leave any tangy or bitter aftertaste. Now I will admit… when I was in a rush to take my final third scoop for the day that a few times what I ended up doing was “shooting” the Ripped Cocktail. I’d take the scoop, place it onto my tongue, and chase it with water. If you do it this way then you will get some tangy aftertaste but nothing you can’t handle (compared to bulk Forskolin or DAA).

With that being said, taking it 3x/day has me approaching the end of this log. However, the benefits I’m seeing from it are very beneficial. This may end up replacing your coffee/early morning fountain drink/caffeinated beverage! And it should… because the benefits you receive from doing so far outweight what a coffee or Mountain Dew can provide. In my opinion, the thermogenesis provided from RC was little to barely noticeable for me. I didn’t feel the hotness in my stomach or radiating outwards. This may be a positive for some of you that don’t like that feeling. The inclusion of Beta Alanine is what you’ll feel kick in first. Not sure what type of BA Ripped Cocktail contains, but just like SpeedX3, you’ll get the tingles right off the bat. The next noticeable effect is your boost in cognition, alertness, more awake, more “in tune” with whats going on around you, and even a slight boost in good mood/feeling. This is fantastic for me because the work environment I’m in requires me to be at my best and on alert constantly. Appetite suppression wasn’t the best… but it never has been. I’m following IF protocol and don’t eat until 1-2PM (after waking up around 5AM, so a 16/8 fast/feed schedule) and I ALWAYS get the hungry/growling stomach in the morning hours no matter what. I’m holding off on commenting on the leaning/fat burning effects of RC until I reach the end of this log so I can show it off better with pictures and final bodyweight numbers. My strength is continuing to go up in ALL my lifts and that third scoop halfway through my day really helps me stay focused on work when that “2:30 feeling” approaches.

Lecheek has created a fantastic little stimmed mood enhancer with fat burning abilities and I’m excited to see it through to the end!

First Impressions

First thing fellas: the label looks damn promising and that you can be sure of! I completely disregarded (much the same way I did with SpeedX3 haha) the label telling me to get acquainted by using 1 scoop to start off with. AIN’T NOBODY GOT TIME FO’ DAT! I threw in 2 scoops immediately after cracking the tub open after I shot up from being thinking I had overslept. The container is super small. Almost like everything is micronized. For those of you that have used Enhanced the size of this container will be nothing new to you. The scooper, much like the container, is equally as small. Now I wasn’t sure if I was only supposed to fill it up to the little line where the handle meets the scoop or if I was supposed to completely top off the scooper so I just loaded that bad boy up twice and threw it into about 10oz. of cold water. The smell is definitely very apple like and the taste… sweet Jesus have mercy. Have you guys ever tried those Sour Apple Blow Pops (say from Charms!) before? This is the EXACT same flavor. Tasted great, no strange after taste, no burning sensation on the way down, and it lingering just slightly after I swallowed it. Very delightful. I have recently switched back over to doing the IFProtocol for my diet so although the label says take before eating I took it a few hours prior to working out (my first meal is usually the post workout meal). I’m actually about to take my third and final scoop of the day right now and get to eating my lunch. Hard to tell of any effects from it just yet. Although it appears to contain thermogenic ingredients I didn’t really feel anything yet. It certainly helped keep my appetite suppressed as I got towards the end of my 16 hour fast. I’m sure I’ll be able to feel this more the further into the log I go!
